Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 United States. We do not ship internationally at this time. We will update this policy as new shipping destinations become available.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or federal holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Rates and Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and delivery address. We ship via multiple carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx and select the best available rate for your order at the time of shipment. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination and are estimates only. We do not guarantee delivery dates.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order directly through the carrier. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after your shipment confirmation email is sent.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Faeve, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control. Once your order has been transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you. If your order appears lost please contact us at hello@faeveusa.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. Faeve, LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address please contact us immediately at hello@faeveusa.com. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.
