Faeve, LLC — Return & Refund Policy

Because Kevo-Prophen® is an FDA OTC listed drug, all sales are final. This is consistent with industry standard practice for regulated pharmaceutical products and ensures the safety and integrity of every product that reaches our customers.

We stand behind everything we make. If you are unsatisfied with your experience please reach out to us at hello@faeveusa.com within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right with store credit toward a future purchase.

If your order arrives damaged or defective we will issue a full refund. To be eligible you must contact us at hello@faeveusa.com within 48 hours of confirmed delivery with clear photographs of the damaged or defective product and original packaging. Requests submitted after 48 hours of confirmed delivery will not be eligible.

We do not accept returns of opened or used product under any circumstances. Unopened product in original sealed packaging may be eligible for store credit at our discretion when accompanied by proof of purchase and submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
